Order Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders on the same day or within the next working day for deliveries within Tamil Nadu.
For other states, orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery Charges

A standard delivery fee is automatically applied to every order during checkout.
This charge covers standard shipping within our logistics partner’s service area.

Additional Charges

If the total weight of your order exceeds our standard delivery charge limit, additional delivery fees may apply.
In such cases, our team will notify you via WhatsApp message regarding the extra payment required before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
However, we aim to deliver within:

2 to 3 business days – within Tamil Nadu
7 to 10 business days – outside Tamil Nadu
